I wrote this blog December 2nd 2022. As the memory popped-up on Facebook I decided to read it. It's strange because it seems to me that this blog is very timely for today as well. One thing about God's word is that it is always relevant and can be applicable in our lives at any given time. I added the word "Promise" to the title of this blog because I also believe that this December many will see the Promises of God established in their lives in tangilble ways. So as you continue reading remember that this blog was originally written in December of 2020.
"Are we there yet?" is the questions that many have asked themselves and others this year. Where exactly are we going, one may have asked; and the resounding answer is "anywhere but here." Interestingly enough the answer to the question is "No" we are not there yet. While this answer may seem a bit gloomy, researchers and politicians alike are predicting this to be a "Dark Winter" amid the coronavirus pandemic. I admonish you to remain vigilant and continue to practice social distancing, and all the other criteria that is recommended for you and your family safety especially in these winter months.
Predictions is not Prophecy, neither is it a Promise.
I wanted to remind you that December is the month of dreams. December aka Kislev (Chislev-KJV) is the ninth month of the Biblical calendar. It's name is of Babylonian origin; however, its exact meaning is unclear. According to Jeremiah 36:22, Kislev is a winter month it is also a time of prolonged darkness. While many become fatigued and depressed I challenge you to deliberately yield your ears to the voice of God in the coming months. This "Dark Winter" can become your greatest season to receive divine insight, strategies and revelation from God through your dream life for your NEXT. The Book of Job says "In a dream, in a vision of the night, When deep sleep falls upon men, While slumbering on their beds, Then He opens the ears of men, And seals their instruction." (Job 33:15-16)
I came to announce that December is the MONTH of DREAMS & PROMISE. Pay attention to your dream cycle and what God is revealing to you. Pray that God will increase your understanding the ability to correctly interpret your dreams, like He did for Daniel and Joseph. Don't let this "dark winter" interrupt God's flow in your life. Stay in the Light of GOD and you will SEE in the darkness. WHEREVER you are DO NOT FEAR. Darkness is as light to GOD. God uses darkness as and opportunity to CREATE marvelous things out of nothing. God uses times of darkness to help us Dream, Develop and Discover His purpose for us. This season God is using the darkness to preserve His people while preparing us for increase, advancement, extreme Favor and breakthrough in Jesus name.
Let this "Dark" December serve as an introduction to your WILDEST DREAMS COMING ALIVE!

"God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?" (Numbers 23:19)
