Meet The Instructors 

Pastor Allison Mahon, originally from Trinidad and Tobago, began her ministry, Allison Mahon Ministries, in Brooklyn, New York, after being ordained to the office of Elder in 2014. On fire with the mission to see souls saved and grow in relationship with God, AMM, with a foundation of intercession, teaches people to “Pray About Everything”. Having overcome the pits of darkness from her own past traumas, through salvation with Jesus Christ, Pastor Allison has witnessed the Lord respond to her earnest desire to know more about Him and to understand the power of prayer and faith. 

Pastor Allison’s obedience to Kingdom building is witnessed through the different ministries God has appointed her hands to produce. She founded the Prayer Institute in 2017 where children of God will receive sound training in Intercessory prayer, Spiritual warfare, and Deliverance through Biblical truths and daily application. Moving in the Spirit of Christ and Deliverance, Pastor Allison also founded Beautiful Me Women’s Ministry in 2015, Daughters of Deborah Mentorship in 2018, Elijah’s Corner Prophetic Hub in 2020, and I Love My Womb Campaign in 2021. As Pastor Allison always says, “My vision is to be a committed servant to the Lord and move in His will for my life”. In 2021, she has continued to move forward in a life poured out for Christ.  

Born to the late Rufus Glen Mahon, Sr. and Mildred Mahon in 1963, Pastor Rufus Glen Mahon, Jr. was a child full of ambition and great vision. The fifth born child, he encapsulates the grace of God in every area of his life.

His creativity and talent shined through in many areas even as young man. He attended Walt Whitman, Junior High School where he skillfully played the drums, saxophone and trumpet in their band. He later went on to graduate from James Madison H.S. in New York and finished in the top ten percentile of his class. During this time he received the Sonny Werblin Award for academics and athletics for playing football and running track..

He pursued higher education at Brooklyn College and after two years embraced a prestigious employment opportunity on Wall Street for the elite financial firm of Goldman where he diligently worked for twelve years.

In 2010 he pursued his creative passion for design and computers at ProData Institute and graduated with a dual degree in Graphics Arts and Web Design. The founder and CEO of In His Image Design Firm, he services a wide variety of clientele ranging from churches and ministries to corporate clients nationwide. 

After surviving a near death heart attack that doctors could only explain as an anomaly, Pastor Mahon received Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour in 1989 and joined True Worship World Wide Ministry under the late Bishop Clarence Keaton, Sr. and was ordained by him as a minister in 1991.

It is in True Worship that he was closely mentored by Bishop Keaton in the fundamentals and foundation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. While at True Worship, he served faithfully in youth leadership, radio broadcast, new converts ministry, spiritual growth teacher, men's ministry coordinator and the choir.

After Bishop Keaton’s passing, he was assigned the awesome responsibility of serving as the Interim leader at True Worship at Liberty location for eight months, where the congregation grew both spiritually and financially. Through prayer, sound biblical teaching and compelling preaching the hearts and minds of the people were strengthened through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

At the close of his service at true Worship, God called him from to the frontline of ministry, It is here that God placed the burden and vision in his heart to birth out Bethesda Tabernacle Ministries along with his beautiful wife Lady Allison Mahon and their four children. He is currently the Senior Pastor of the ministry that is currently located in East Orange, New Jersey.

Rashidi is a native of Brooklyn, NY (Bed-Stuy). His Undergrad/Grad education is from Nyack College, which is in General Education & Organizational Leadership. 

Since he was young the passion and drive of creating, developing, and architecting entrepreneurial ideas brought dreams into reality! 

Rashidi 20yrs of service has allowed him to hold titles as a  Senior Director of Counseling & House Representative for Dept. of Labor Job Corps, Youth & Young Adult Director, Community Creative Director, Youth Sports & Leadership Developer; in a core team of educators within the NYS area, NJ, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Phoenix Arizona, Trinidad & Tobago, Southern India, and South Africa. 

His leadership style allowed him to be the innovator of programmatic systems that target  Male Youth/Young Adults disenfranchised communities.  Fostering Leadership curriculums in Career Advisory, Dream Development, Life/Relationship  Coaching, Athletic Leadership Events, and Business Casting.  Most recent accomplishment was creating Warriors Are Rising (W.A.R.) a Spiritual Leadership training & Sports Developmental Program that serves males & females ages 6-25yrs. As Pastor of Feed The Fire Global Ministries and most recently Brooklyn Director of FCA Fellowship Christian Athletes

Lady Peggy Denson is a true example of the Proverbs 31 woman. She’s a faithful servant to the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, a loving and devoted wife to Pastor Rashidi Denson, First Lady , Life Coach and Mentor. 

As she walks alongside her husband, she efficiently helps with Feed the Fire Global Ministries and is always willing to assist in any capacity. God has blessed her with the gift of administration which has afforded her the ability to be an outstanding CEO of PMD Consulting LLC and Mentor. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized by many when planning events, marriage coaching, consulting, and mentorship which has empowered people in Christ Jesus.

As she walks in the wisdom and favor of God, the ability to multitask in several capacities is a great asset to the Feed the Fire Ministry. But, her special interest focuses on the moral standards of women. She’s excited about promoting positive thinking and a forum of excellence into the lives of the upcoming female generation and all women through her non for profit called L.A.U.N.C.H.

Her passion and desire are to continue to motivate and provide strategic plans for the lives of women of all ages . Giving that much-needed aspiration to kindle the dreams of women for both spiritual and natural growth. Lady Denson believes that reaching out to our sisters in our community and beyond will bear fruit that will stand the test of times and make a difference.

Humphrey Mtandwa is a Christian author, teacher of the Word, conference speaker and the founder of Voice Of Triumph Ministry. Humphrey's main focus is on the supernatural, he focuses on Dreams, visions, and dream interpretation as found in the Bible. He has developed a number of prophetic training programs targeted at equipping believers to understand the voice of God. He is also a resident columnist in a local newspaper (Zimbabwe). 

Dr. Shirley Inniss Teacher. Global thinker & activist, Life Coach, Social Entrepreneur, Prophetic voice to Church, Advisor to Governmental Leaders and licensed psychologist. Dr. Inniss is a conduit of faith and culture. She is a visionary and one of the most influential spiritual Life coach and cultural activist by using the Kingdom principles. 

Dr. Inniss interprets and transforms the thoughts and mindset of leaders within the Corporate Industry and the spiritual world. She serves as a prophetic voice to one of the largest churches in New York. She is the founder of Women Who Make A difference and King of Kings Solutions.

Dr. Inniss has one of the best facility and program regarding women and children of Domestic violence in the New York tristate area.
