“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!” ~ Isaiah 43:18-19
The Eighth Month Awakening
August isn’t just another month. It carries a prophetic weight; the number eight represents new beginnings, resurrection, and a fresh order.
In this sacred time, I believe God is inviting His people to walk differently, not in the familiar patterns of fear, frustration, or delay, but in faith, fresh oil, and forward movement.
What Does It Mean to “Walk Into the New”?
To walk into the new is to release what’s expired, respond to divine instruction, and take hold of your next with a surrendered heart. It’s choosing:
Trust over control
Movement over stagnation
Identity over insecurity
Purpose over passivity
You may not have all the answers, but your obedience will unlock what your eyes have not seen.
Starting Today: 8 Days of Prophetic Decrees
Beginning today, and over the next 8 days, I’ll be releasing a prophetic decree each day to guide you in this new beginning.
Each decree will:
Help you align with heaven’s rhythm
Equip you to release what’s behind
Empower you to embrace what’s ahead
Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming:
Release – Let go of the old
Acceleration – Move in divine speed
Identity Renewal – Rediscover who you are in Christ
Divine Opportunities – Walk through new doors
Fresh Oil – Be anointed for the season
Reclamation – Recover what was lost
Clarity & Direction – Hear and follow His voice
Glory Manifestation – Let your life reflect His power
Today’s Decree:
Release
“I decree that the old has passed, and I now embrace the new assignments, relationships, and seasons God has ordained for me.”
(Isaiah 43:18–19)
