Great Morning Beloved!!
What a mighty God we serve! Today SENSITIVITY was on the heart of God. Today, I am praying for a greater sensitivity to the Spirit of God. There are so many things that can cause us to miss the signpost of God, but today the one that sticks out the most is busyness. In our fast paced generation it seems like everyone is trying to finish something. We are performance driven and success oriented, so much so, that it is easy to downplay, misinterpret, devalue or out right miss GOD! I remember having conversations saying "how can people miss God?" But the truth is we can all miss the directives of God from time to time. But this is not the time nor the season to be lackadaisical in the things of the spirit. I pray that we will all recognized and abide in our Penile (face of God) place.
When we are not prepared for our assignment we miss God.
When we are too busy to pay attention to the details and instructions of the Word and the Holy Spirit we miss God.
When we are have an unhealthy view of God and how He genuinely feels about us we miss God.
When we don't spend time reading and mediating on the Word we miss God.
When we are consumed by sin and error in our lives we miss God.

"And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran.And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it." (Genesis 28:10-12)
