Embracing Divine Blessings in Every Step!

DAY 2

"For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless."

Now is the perfect time to be in the house of the LORD. I long for the days when the heartfelt longing echoed in Psalm 84:10-11 is the desire of the Body of Christ. The Psalmist expresses a deep desire to be in the House of God, proclaiming, "For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness."

While meditating, I pondered on the experience of being in the presence of the LORD in His courts. Attending church and feeling God's presence is one thing, but truly dwelling in His Presence is another.

I know that our theme focus is on the favor of God but who can read this Psalm and skip over verse 10? I know I couldn't i almost God lost thinking about the courts of the LORD.

In my Preacher's voice "But you O Lord God is a sun and shield: The one that bestows both favor and honor upon us. No good thing will He withhold from us if we walk upright before Him.

Since we have been commanded to declare the upcoming 52 days as a period of Favor, I encourage you to walk by faith. Keep your eyes on God and His promises. Do not cast away your confidence instead trust in God's abundance of blessings and provision for you and your family.

Favor (Strong's H2580 - Chen): This word signifies grace, kindness, and acceptance. It implies that God's favor goes beyond what we deserve, showering us with blessings even when we fall short. It is a divine gesture of love and support.

Honor (Strong's H3519 - kavod): This word represents dignity, glory, and respect. When God bestows honor upon us, He elevates us in His sight and the eyes of others. It reflects His recognition of our worth and potential.

Withhold (Strong's H4513 - mana'): This word means to hold back or restrain. However, the verse assures us that God does not withhold any good thing from those who walk upright. He freely gives us what is beneficial and necessary for our journey.

Confession: "I am willing to accept the abundant favor of God in my life. I believe that He wants to bless me abundantly, and I am prepared to receive His grace with thankfulness and humility."

Confession: "I walk in alignment with God's principles and seek to live a blameless life. As I do so, I trust that He will not withhold any good thing from me. I embrace His favor and honor, knowing that He will guide and provide for me every step of the way."

I decree and declare that my steps are ordered by the LORD.

I decree and Declare that I walk in divine Favor, Love, and Peace.

I decree and declare that every step I take is God tested, and God approved.

I decree and declare that I am walking confidently into every door and opportunity ordained by God.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank you for releasing great favor and blessings upon my life. Order my steps according to Your word and establish Your plans and Your purpose in my life according to Your divine power and favor in Jesus' name, Amen.
